Who makes your bags?
Every bag is handmade from start to finish by me, Catherine, in my home based studio in Bega on the Far South Coast of NSW, Australia.
The bag I really wanted just sold. Will you make me another one like it?
Yes, usually I will have the materials in stock to do another bag the same. Although being handmade, the fabric placement may differ slightly. But it will be just as beautiful.
Do you make custom bags?
If you see a bag you love in our store but would like a different fabric/leather combination, this can be done. Our custom orders are limited to choosing from the bags that are currently in the store.
How should I care for my bag?
Spot cleaning is best - a little water on a soft cloth with mild soap and gentle circles will help get out stains. Leather can be wiped with leather wipes and it’s best not to wet leather with water.
What are your shipping fees?
Orders within Australia over $160 will ship for free. Shipping charges from orders less than $160 in AU will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These range from $12.50. If you are outside of AU you may have to pay taxes and import duties which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. International postage starts at around $25.
When will my order be shipped?
As our bags are made to order, they will be shipped out once completed - within 4 - 8 business days.
What is the status of my order?
Once you receive your email that your items have shipped, you can follow the tracking link provided to track your order to your door.

Can I send my package as a gift straight to the recipient?
Absolutely. Check the box at checkout indicating that your order is a gift and no invoice will be included.
