ORDER PROCESSING

Each creation is handmade especially for you. Please allow 4 - 8 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

PICKUP - Local pick up is available. 

SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 4 - 8 business days using Australia Post. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Domestic orders within Australia will ship for free. .

Parcels can take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive depending where you are located in relation to Boonlell Bags in NSW.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

Boonlell Bags is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and these are your responsibility as the customer. 

International shipping from Australia can take anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks.
